Could u please guide me through whats the process of getting the logo (trademarks) registered for a company/business???

In such matter services of a Lawyer are required though not necessarily. Application, Power of Attorney, 7 pictures 6 x 4 size of the area you need to get registered, copy of ID Card of owner, and fee is required.
