Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Pakistan
Previously state owned National Telecom operator sells its 26% shares with management control to a private body.
State has still majority shares and its federal Secretary as chairman BOD with its own 4 directors in total 9 directors of board.
Is a writ petition maintainable against this privatized body?

Normally writ is maintainable when no other efficacious remedy is available, any way i believe you can move this too.
