Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
i have given advance payment to a party for purchase some supplies. the cheque has bounced due to insufficient balance in bank. now the supplier say that i have deliver the supplies but he has no evidence of supplies like sale invoice, delivery challans etc. now he has launched a FIR. what is matter that there is no transaction between the parties.

You can get bail before arrest from court if no transaction has happened and later on you can get the FIR quashed. Your cheque has been dishonored and this way you have to face imprisonment of 3 years. For more do consult me at [email protected]
