Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Can a bank itself become claimant and file a case to FIA against its ex-employees for withdrawal of amount from an account where account holder is deceased and there are no legal heirs accessible? And the death information of customer is verbal only.

bank by all means can file a complaint , if an unauthorised or illegal withdrawal is made from an account regardless the account holder being dead or alive.
