Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
if a bank wrongly credits a cheque in one's account and the person not knowing this,uses all the money..then after a month bank contacts that person and informs him about the worng credited cheque in his account and asks for the money back then what should that person do if he does not have that money with him at that time?

The person is not bound to pay the money immediately. This is due to mistake of bank not urs.
Don't worry and pay back money when u can pay back easily:)
