Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
In business deal, A person gave me a cheque of Rs. 1 Lac that has been bounced as his SIGNATURE was not verified from bank record and he is not ready to issue another one. Intentionally, he did not sign correctly. I have no other athenticated- legal ducoment- support/witness for my clain except that cheque.
please suggest the best possible legal route for recovery including filing of FIR for such cheque? It will be highly appreciated if you comments cover advantage of "cheque stealing/losting statement" by the defaulter.
