Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
one of my buyer issued me two cheques of six lac each, and both of them bounced.first two times the cheques were returned with a memo of insuiffent amount and the third time with a memo stop payment by the party.do i have the right to take a legel action by filing the case aganist the party
