Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
my cheque is bounced and other party put an FIR in police station.now i want to refund money to other party.what should i do?

if you wish to go through the court, then it is advisable that go for bail with willingness to pay and alleges that the previous transaction was the result of misunderstanding, call me during office hours to discuss this.
