Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Cheque bounced with remarks �account closed.� Further details are:
1. The signatory made three signs (one on front and two on back of cheque, these three sign match each other but does not match with his closed bank account signature).
2.He did not write the amount on cheque by himself.
Can we lodge FIR under 489-F? Can police add some other office act (420 etc) in FIR. Please suggest effective short remedy.

Yes, can be lodged under 489-F 420 ppc can be added. What is his statment in police investigation,.?
Never mentioned that in actual u filled the cheques.

He can take plea that he has issued a balnk cheque for secuirty for less amount. ?
