Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

Cheque dishounour

I have one cheque and that has been dishounoured. From one of my customers. FIR has been done and we cannot find him so till what time is this valid.

Please reply asap.

in fact you have lodged an FIR against the person that the check furnished by him did not make good in the bank, even after the whole criminal proceedings done following the FIR ,what you get is conviction of that person and not your money, so i advise you better file an immediate summary suit to recover your money.you will get the decree of the court and whenever that man will be accessed ,get the decree executed.feel free to contact for further details and followup.

I have read your contention.For the criminal cases (Like 489-f) no limitation period will be applicable.Court will direct the police have addressof the accused and othe information regarding him from the bank and arrest him for liability due towards him even if the police will be unable to find the accused than the court will declare him absconder and his property can be attached to fulfill his liability towards you.
