Legal Question in Banking Law in

A cheque of Payees A/c only credited in to anothers account so what is the punishment as per banking law?

The banking courts in Pakistan operate under banking courts act,1962 and banking companies ordinance, 1963 deals with the banks. Similarly there are other acts such as financial institution acts and others governing the procedures of banking litigation. However the main procedures and punishments under banking courts are under PPC, CRPC, FIA Ordinance, NAB Ordinance, etc. Your question is not clear to me. Please elaborate a bit.
