Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
If a cheque of Rs. 25000 is bounced by difference in signature by mistake, though the money is in the account, can the other party launch an FIR agaist it?

difference of signature,if it is because of human error then its alright.for lodging an FIR , the dishonesty,fraud or malafide are the basic ingredients.
