Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
On complaint of a Bank, Investigating agency arrested culprits involved in a bank fraud of Rs.3,200,000/-. The Court decided the case and ordered 5 years imprisonment to the culprits. Please advise as to how bank can recover its amount from the fraudsters whether by filing recovery suit or any other legal course of action is required.
