Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
can cost of funds be only claimed after the judgement is passed ?can bank or lender claim cost of funds for the late payment of rentals?

it has to be the part of the judgment,if the court has not passed an order in this regard than obviously honble court did not deem it appropriate / Justified.
