Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

i have check worth 27 lac has been bounced once and now the bank retun my check on my request after one time bouned slip, the man who gave my check in return of my plot has good name and i am very worried that i cannot get my money but request the ownwer to please give my money back, and if i go for a legal attempt it will take a long and i did not found any thing but time waste and money.

kindly suggest me what to do i will be very thnakful to you.

go and lodge an FIR,, that person will give back your money,, other wise you can file a suit for recovery,,, spend some money it will save your big money

in fact you require immediate legal action, you can also (if its not too late) stop the transfer of plot in the purchaser's name. other remedies are still available. dont be disappointed. you can contact me through my cell no; 0323 4638148 / 0347- 425 4306 to discuss it in detail.
