Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

Dear sir.

I want to know about law relating cheques (489F) of the Pakistan Penal Code. that the said act is extended or not under Pakistan regulation orticle No.247 in Mallkand Division (PATA) of NWFP. If the act 489F is extended by Governer for Mallaknd Division the plese i need the copy of the notipcation or only noted me the date of the noticpation.

my friend i think u had the wrong information therefor explaination is this,,, 489(f) PPC,, doesn't need any extention,, its pakistan penal code... applicable all over the pakistan,,, its not the law passed by a province,, its bare law,,, i think you are chassing nothing;
