Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
If i default in pakistan bank will mortagage my property, if i have not mortageged any property or dont have any property then what would be the extreme bank can do against me.

i dont know what stage you are in or not in at all, but in case if recovery suit is there and the loan is an unsecured one, then court may pass a decree against you then in order to satisfy the decree, one among other possibilities is that you can be arrested and sent to civil prison.
