Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
What is difference between Court Order & Succession Certificate? Are both required to be submitted to bank for release of funds from a deceased account in favor of a legal heir?

You get an order passed in your favor when you win the succession case. After that you have to furnish the security in the court and in return you will get the succession certificate. You have to furnish that in the bank. For more do consult me at [email protected]
