Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

what is employee right in banking?

because now a days mostly banks in Pakistan compels their staff to set late for no any special reason and calls them on holidays as well for extra work with out over time payment and even cuts salary after lame reasons, my question is what is Pakistani law says about HR policy of banks in Pakistan, so that employee get proper right.

HR and labor laws are quite clear

Infact it is all mutual understanding and reciprocal consideration among employer and employes

but employer cannot compel his employee for overtime and specially when reasonable excuse is available

remedy against such unfair practice of employer is available under the law at the option of employee
