Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan

Forged cheque

My father had a cheque of someone

he gave loan to, after several

requests for payment not acted by

the payee. my father filled FIR

against Him and the person was

held by police. and still is since 5

days

However, as the person was close

to my father being a relative he had

at some point stole my father's two

blank signed cheques at some

instance previously. after our FIR

he filled those cheque on his

brothers name from my fathers side

and Lodged an FIR against my

father.

How to protect my father from

being arrested and how to plead

not guilty of those stolen cheques?

Re: Forged cheque

now there are two cases ,very distinct but similar one. in fact in the case in which you have lodged an FIR against your money has to be followed in my opinion in another manner you had to file a suit for money under Order 37 CPC that is the only suit which is civil in nature but triable before the Court of Session and is a summary trial and bring results in comparatively short time.

now against the case in which you have an FIR against you , first of all get an interim bail from the court and than you have to prove that those were the check actually stolen and given under some transaction.

i suggest hire an attorney at once without any waste of time.

feel free to ask any question any time. regards.
