Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Funds upto Rs.100,000/- lying in deceased's bank accounts are released by the banks to legal heirs against Bond of Indemnity. Please advise value/amount of stamp paper to be used for making Indemnity Bond in Karachi.
