Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
how a genuine defaulter can seek help from court. I couldn't pay my amount I owed to pay to my bank due to a total crash in business, since 2008. I hiding from the relevant recovery department. But this is fact that I am doing nothing since 2008 for I couldn't get a job being an old man of 54 and half years of age. But yesterday, I received a call on my cell, perhaps from a recovery staff. I am fed up with this game of hide and seed. Request you to show me a legal way out to this problem.

You can take stay order and can seek help from the court to negotiate with the debtors for returning the principal amount. You have to pay at the end of the day, u can not get rid of that. For more do consult me at [email protected]
