Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
My husbanh has three bounced checks issue, he is in camp jail since June 2009. one case has had 3 shahadat but 2 have not ................ what can you advise.

in fact its your lawyer who advise you best, any way in criminal cases all cases are separate and distinct and required to go through the procedure / Trial. You have not mentioned what is your husband's stance about the authenticity of cheques. Its not the procedures you should worry about right now but how to contest that in the court.Its the defense lawyer who is fighting your case.
