Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
I have issued a cheque but it has been dishonoured by the bank due to signature mismatch, now what can other party do against me?

so far if you are willing to pay the amount of the cheque and the first cheque was signed with with no mala fide intentions , then there are no implications issue them a new cheque (off course take back the previous one).
