Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
If there is no next of kin defined in a bank account of the person then who gets in charge of his account after his death

the legal heirs of the deceased shall be declared by the court so far for the extent of claim according to their relation with deceased. Succession certificate shall also be sought by the court.
