Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
M draws a cheque in fav of N, a minor.N endorses it in favor of P, who in turn endorses it in fav of Q. the cheque is dishonoured by the bank. kindly let me know the rights of P and Q

a minor is not competent to go into any sort of independent contract or endorses any obligation unless through next of friend or through court appointed guardian (together with the permission of the guardian court who actually appointed guardian of the person and property of the minor)
