Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
A person had opened a minor bank account in the name of one of his son and he was guardian in this account i.e. it was operated / cheques were signed by him / father. Now the father / guardian had died. Please advise amount lying in the said account belongs to minor son only or it will be distributed among all the legal heirs including widow & other major sons and daughters of deceased.
