Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
why the police dont register a case under 489f if a partial payment has been made after the cheque date ? what is the relevent case law regarding this ?

Nothing bars them for that... They just demand bribery... You can file a petition under section 22-A, 22-B of CRPC to get the FIR registered. For more do consult me at [email protected]
