Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
When a Private Bank does not increase salary of their employee for more than 9 years and just annual appraisals related increment is released. Bank does not take into account the rising inflation and cost of living.Whether a single employee can sue Bank for persuading it to raise salaries in accordance with rising inflation.
