Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
What is the punishment, if a checque amounted Rs. 5 Lac was dishonored by Bank (Amounted Rs. 2.5 Lac our of 5 lac is paid by Cash as well). Second thing is that if the person (who issued the checque) is out of city, can police arrest his sons or brothers?

1- punishment is imprisonment which may extend to three years or fine.
2-No , only he is responsible.
