Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Thanks for your response. Just tell me another thing that what about the Pre Arrest Bail of the person who issued the bounce checque amounted Rs. 5 Lac, is it possible or not. And second thing in case Police arrest the concern person, then in which case inpriosnment is extent to three years and if the person paid the amout after arrest then he will release immediately or not?
