the operation manager of the branch in which mine accont is available is saying that if the bank asked me before dishonoring the cheque i would not suggest them to do so...........because yhe customer of our bank is old and trustable oerson of the city.
i want to know is there any legel provision in banking law that tell me whether other branch of the same bank can dishounor the cheque?
what kind of remedy i have in eye of law while payee and bank using alafide intention?
it seems as payee and the officer of the other branch intetionly and wronfully want to detain me.
