Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
sir ,with due respect i am junior advocate in district courts kohat. 1,sir suugest me good book on banking law. 2, one of my civil case the defendant party wants the personal inforamation of the plaintiff bank account.for example the application on witch he got the debt from the bank.... sir i want that the personal dealing of plaintiff with the bank not come to court record ..the case is not in banking court it is recovery suit in civil court..sir qoute the law that i can convince the judge..
