Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
Hi sir, i am about to give 25 cheaque to some one in Pakistan, is it possible to re schedule cheaque if i want to move the dates in future after deal been closed before the dates cheaque issued dates? or cancel those cheaque by putting dispute in court? pls reply asap
