Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
sir,
what is legal time to present a cheque in bank after its issuance date. I mean when a cheque gets expire after its issuance,as i have different informations about this.some say 03 months and some
say six months.Pls advise

it is the procedure of the bank practice, no special law laid for it.
any way it is six month from the due date mentioned on the cheque.
