Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
i was worked as BM in a Bank due to fraudulant withdrawl from my branch FIA arrested me and my bank suspended me now i am on bail and my bank offer me to resign from bank but i asked them to pay salary of my suspension period do i have right to ask them
