Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pakistan
i presented a chq and it was bounced.Now the party is saying that i dont have money and i am bankrupt.What should i do????.The chq which i presented in the bank,party holds a photo copy of that chq.If i go for a legal process i.e F.I.R,what reaction can be expected from the defaulted party.

you have two remedies 1, is to file and FIR and second is to file a summary suit for the recovery of money (it is more advisable to go for this suit).the response of the other party..my dear it is something that only Allah almighty knows.
