Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
Is there any bounce cheque validity?? I mean if cheque has been bounced but a person who has this bounce cheque did not launch any complaint for a 3 years time frame against that person who given this cheque so will he able to launch a complaint after 3 years or cheque has been obsoleted

its not the cheque whose validity is of so much concern , in fact its the cause of action which stands out ,in case if the drawer of the cheque still owes you money under any understanding.
