enforcment of foreign decree/judgment

whether a Judgement passed in Pakistan can be enforced against the judgment debtor in New Jersey?

a decree passed by the Pakistani Court can be executed in the foreign land same way as it was passes by the foreign court. but if the same decree you feel is obtained by the opponent part by mis representation or farud or by concealing material facts which if would have been brought to the knowledge of the learned trial court or the court which passes the decree than judgment would have been different than the present one , than this decree can be set aside.

yes: A judgment passed in pakistan can be enforced against the judgment debtor in U.S.A. You should have to Contact the court having jurisdiction (to enforce the judgment passed in pakistan )against judgment debtor residing in the jurisdiction of that court.
