Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
Hi
I would be really thankful if you answer my question. I do small garment business and somebody filed a case inn court against me that I cheated him and not paid quite lot of amount though all his allegations are fake and fabricated.
He filed a case in court and I had a lawer working on it already but unfortunatelly my lawer has bit less experience about cyber crimes and email related issues.
If somebody has filed a case in court already. do he has any rights to spread this court's legal scanned documents to my other business community and he send a new email daily to my customers and local suppliers different infirmations, allegations and lots of rubbish.
kindly help and advise what step should I take against him as he is putting a fake case on me and damaging my reputation as well. since he knows he cant get a single penny from this law suit but his only intention to damage my reputation in country and abroad.
kindly help me with any suggestion.
best regards
Sabah
