indian contract act 1872
Ahmed, a minor, borrowed some money and executed a pro-note for it. After attaining the age of majority, he executed a second pro-note in settlement of the first note.
Discuss the status of agreement and first and second pro-notes in the light of relevant sections of the Contract Act, 1872.

second pro note is a very valid document and can be executed without any flaw.the fist one though require complete set of scenario in which it was executed and could be based upon by the enforcing it through guardian or next of kin .. but there is no straight yes or no.
