Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
Is it legitimate/lawful on part of some organization to take undertaking from their employees "that any employee after leaving the company can not join the competitor for minimum 3 years period". Is it not cruel that an employee after leaving the company may not earn for his family because employees due to their specific professional experience have the only choice to work in competitive companies. After receiving any such Legal Notice, what should an employee has to do.

it is clear violation of the legal principles and conscience .. legal notice does not have any standing..
you are free to work any where you want... plz let me know the termination clauses of your contract..?
