minimum guarantee clause
Question is that, what is the scope of minimum guarantee amount in a contract. How does it work?

QUANTUM OF ANY GUARANTEE IS purely arbitrary and may be reached between the parties to the contract as per what mutually agreed upon. once the modus operandi is set in a contract that when acctuallly the clause of guaranty to be invoked or becomes operative , the general law applies to the fullest with out any exception, regardless of the minimum or maximum.
