Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan

Position of a 17yr old in Pakistan
I am a 17 yr old pakistani and recently been involved a a partnership agreement with two other people. My question is this that as a minor/underage (whatever) can i enter any partnership or any other type of business deal. Naturally the deal is on paper and legal. I already have an ID number but not the proper NID card.

under the provision of law a minor has to go through guardian or next friend for all legal transaction .Same goes for "to sue or to be sued".
