Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan

i sold my car to a known person. he gave me third part check and took the delivery . the check bounced then he gave another ck which is also bounce. i ask him to return my car , he said he sold it. now what is my legal position to take legal action against him.

You may give an application in police station for registration of FIR against that person who malafidely issued checque(s). Further, you can also institute recovery proceedings in civil court simultaneously.
