Legal Question in Business Law in Pakistan
can an undated signed check be used as a valid legal instrument?
and in case if counter party to whom the undated check is given places a date thereon - would that tantamount to tampering the instrument?

it is to be seen how the date on the cheque is related to make out a case .. yet it is also a matter to be proved that the cheque was undated at some point of time.
