Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
CDGK (City District Govt. Karachi) no more exists rather now KMC again become operative while boards of CDGK are installed at various palaces notifying charged Car / Motor Cycle Parking and people of contractor holding receipts of Rs.5/- & Rs.10/- demands car parking charges. Please advise is if legitimate?
