About 6 months ago a mobile phone company fixed a tower in my town about 1 km away from my agricultural land. to provide the electricity to that tower , they fixed electricity pol along with the road but in my land. The company did not get my consent to do this. Now that electricity poll and the wires does not allow me to plant the trees along with the road in my land. My question is wether i can ask the company to leave my land and remove the electricity pol or not?

initially you had to warn them and restrain them before they had installed the pole etc within your land, as they were trespassing, but off course you can take action to remove the said items from your land.top of it legal action can also be initiated. but you need to act immediately.
