what is court fee for a defamation suit under Defamation Ordinance,2002 and plz tell me the relevant section and case law if any

under 25000 no court fee , above 25000 to 200000 ad valor am, above 2ooooo to any amount same as 2ooooo.
your question is not complete but it is to be seen whether its libel or slander.
