Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

Dear Sir,

Mr. Lal khan had 72 kanals land. He is uneducated. His son Mr. Munawar Hussain and his friend Mr. Javeed. took the thumb sign on a blank stamp paper. After few nonths Mr. Javeed filed a petition in civil court that Mr. Lal Khan had sold 52 kanals in 48000 to him. Mr. Lal khan's sons Mr.Munawar follow the petition with a fake Mukhtar Nama but he was un -succeed. The petition was gone in favor of Mr. Javeed. After that Mr.Munawar Hussain filed Appeals in civil court and high court but they were rejected. After that Mr. Javeed occupied on 52 kanals land. He had sold land to another person in 7000000 PKR. Now Mr.Lal Khan filed a Fraud Case (12)2 against Mr.Javeed and his son Mr.Munawar. It is stated that Mr.Lal khan not gives any statement in court and he is also not present in any court hiring.

I want to know that what will be the results of Fraud Case (12)2. Will court give FIR oreder against respondants. What should be do next. Thanks

you will have to prove fraud and kind of fraud in detail in the court of law through oral and documentary evidence. the whole case is dependent on the facts of the case. FIR order will not be given although you have other remedies to get compensated.
